Terms and policies

Racquets Jobs ("Racquets Jobs," "we," "us," or "our") is a job board connecting coaches and pros ("Coaches") with clubs and facilities ("Clubs") in racquet sports — tennis, pickleball, padel, platform tennis, and squash. By creating an account or using racquetsjobs.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

All certifications, credentials, and experience listed on Racquets Jobs are self-reported by the Coach. Racquets Jobs does not independently verify certifications, credentials, employment history, or run background checks on any user. Clubs are solely responsible for vetting a Coach — including verifying certifications and conducting any background checks — before making a hiring decision. Racquets Jobs makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any user's profile.

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they post, including compliance with applicable employment laws. Racquets Jobs is a listing platform only — we are not a party to, and don't guarantee the outcome of, any hiring relationship, offer, or agreement between a Club and a Coach. Posting or applying to a job does not create any employment relationship with Racquets Jobs.

Racquets Jobs provides messaging so Clubs and Coaches can communicate about opportunities. You agree not to use messaging or any part of the Service to send spam, harass or threaten another user, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or post unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing content. You can report a profile, listing, or message at any time; reported accounts are reviewed and may be limited, hidden from recommendations, or removed.

Coach accounts are free. Club accounts include a 90-day free trial with unlimited job postings. A Club adds a payment card when it signs up; nothing is charged at that time. When the 90-day trial ends, the card is charged $150.00 USD, and then $150.00 USD each month, automatically, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial months. We email a reminder before the trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe; Racquets Jobs does not see or store your card number.

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; upload malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, text, and branding, belongs to Racquets Jobs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post (profiles, listings, messages), but you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job posting or application will result in a hire.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racquets Jobs and its owners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to hiring decisions, a Coach's conduct or qualifications, or a Club's job posting.

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll post the revised date at the top of this page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Racquets Jobs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

When you create an account, we collect information like your name, email, role (Coach or Club), and profile details (bio, certifications, facility info). When you use the Service, we collect job postings, applications, messages between users, and basic usage data. When a Club adds a payment card, Stripe collects and processes the payment details on our behalf — we never see or store your card number.

We use your information to operate the Service: creating and securing your account, showing your profile and listings to other users as intended, sending you notifications about messages, applications, and matching job alerts, processing subscription billing, and responding to support requests sent through the Contact page.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Racquets Jobs — Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email delivery) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion through the Contact page, we'll delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we need to retain certain records (like billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by reaching out through the Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

Racquets Jobs is not directed to, and we don't knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the revised date at the top of this page when we do.
